Shipping Information

At only process orders during business days, which is Monday to Friday (excluding Korean National holidays)

All parcels from are shipped from South Korea.

All shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination countries.

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped, during periods of higher demand may take up to 5 additional business days to process before being shipped.

Note: occasional delays in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or it is out of stock.

If gross weight (products+packing) is over 2kg, our system shows only displays express shipping methods.

If you do not want express shipping method, you can create two separate orders (less than 2kg each) then we will ship out two separate order parcels.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays and/or carrier complications.

Verification & Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure to use your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification. When specifying shipping address, be sure to check that zip code, city and state are correct. If this information does not match the delivery service's records, we may have to contact you to update the information.

Shipping Methods

To ensure the best shopping experience, we use EMS and UPS to deliver our packages.

Note: Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable and complete.

Final packages weight includes protective wrapping and box, the shipping system automatically calculates the total product and package weight at checkout.

UPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, UPS will call the customer and inform them or their delivery. To prevent any complications with your delivery, please provide your most accessible phone number.

We cannot ship to P.O.Boxes or A.P.O.Box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.

Parcel Tracking

If you have account you can check the status of your order at any time, also we email contains both order details and shipment tracking numbers.

Order Value Limit

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, limits order to $200 or less (excluding cost of shipping)

Customers who wish to order more than $200, we recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

Delivery Failure

If a package does not reach a customer within 50 days of shipping, we regard it as missing, in these cases we can resend a new package or process a customer refund.

If a package is returned to because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. is not responsible for unclaimed packages.


Most items shipped from can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Some products mat have different policies or requirements associated with them, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Received product with issues?

If you receive products that is defective, damaged, expired or have quality issue, you may request to return the product within the allowed return period. will process your request within 1~3 business days, if the items are out of stock, we will process a refund for you.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning the product due to the following reasons, we will responsible for shipping.

  • Product was damaged during shipping

  • We sent you the wrong item

  • Product is expired upon delivery

  • Product is defective or have quality issue

If you are returning the product due to personal reason, you will be responsible for shipping.

  • Purchased wrong item, wrong size, wrong color,,,etc

  • Purchased too many or no longer need it

  • Unable to use the product due to allergic reaction (eligible products only)

  • Don't like the product, buyer's remorse,,,etc


If you have any question or concern regarding the authenticity of the product you received, please contact customer service.

We may ask for written proof from manufacturer if they determine the product is not authentic.

If you experienced discomfort or have any medical issues, please stop using or consuming the product and seek medical attention immediately.

Written proof from a certified physician is required if you believe there is quality issue with the product that caused it. is not liable for any issue with consumable products that improperly stored.
